Deadmau5 is a Canadian DJ, composer and record producer, born in 1981, in Niagara Falls, Ontario. His real name is Joel Thomas Zimmerman. The DJ is known for playing live masked, like Daft Punk or Marshmello. His music styles varies from Progressive House to Ambient, Trance, Electro House or even Hip Hop. Zimmerman has already been nominated for the Grammy Awards for six times and has won several of other awards by the International Dance Music Awards, Beatport Music Awards or the DJ Awards.
