Mad Cool announces more than 20 new names
Mad Cool Festival has announced more than 20 new names for the summer. The Smashing Pumpkins, Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds, Bonobo and Wolfmother are amongst the new confirmations.
The Madrid Festival will also feature The Hives, Rolling Blackouts Coastal Fever, Greta Van Fleet, Jon Hopkins, Jorja Smith, Mall Grab, Kaytranada, The Twilight Sad, Teenage Fanclub, Helena Hauff, Lewis Capaldi, Pip Blo, The Slow Readers Club, Photay, Sex Museum, Alizzz, and Sophie Hunger. All these new names are joining the previously confirmed The Cure, Vampire Weekend, The National, The 1975, Bon Iver, Tash Sultana and others.
Mad Cool Festival is a recent festival having its first edition only in 2016. Through the Mad Cool stages, bands such as The Who, Neil Young, The Prodigy, Jane's Addiction, Biffy Clyro, Foo Fighters, Green Day, Kings of Leon, Pearl Jam, Jack White, Depeche Mode, Queens of the Stone Age, Arctic Monkeys and so many others have already performed.
The festival takes place in Madrid, at the Espacio Mad Cool, Valdebebas - IFEMA and is scheduled for July, 11-13. Tickets go on sale next Monday and you can buy them here.
