Red Hot Chili Peppers confirmed for first festival in 2020
The Red Hot Chili Peppers have announced their first festival appearance for 2020. The Californian band's comeback is scheduled to take place at Firenze Rocks Festival, in Italy.
The band, who recently played at Rock
In Rio Festival
in Rio de Janeiro and Ohana Music Festival
in Dana Point, CA, is returning to Europe next year and they won't perform in just one place. The only other confirmed performance for next year is at the Global Goal Live, The Possible Dream
on September, 26 at a yet to be confirmed location.
The Red Hot Chili Peppers
last edited an album in 2016 named The Getaway
. Drummer Chad Smith
and lead singer Anthony Kiedis
have already hinted that a new album is on the way and probably more soon than later.
The band's performance at Firenze Rocks Festival
will be on June, 13th. The Italian event as previously confirmed the likes of Green Day
for their next edition.
