The Governors Ball Music Festival has announced the lineup for this year's edition, the ninth since it first started in 2011. The Strokes, Florence + The Machine and Tyler The Creator are the headliners of the event scheduled for May, 31 to June, 2.
Also joining the stacked lineup are Lil Wayne, Major Lazer, The 1975, Nas, Sza, Brockhampton, Kaytranada, Kacey Musgraves, Zhu, Vince Staples, Gesaffelstein, Jorja Smith, Blood Orange, Sheck Wes, Lily Allen, Mitski, The Internet, and a joint venture between Joey Bada$$ and the Flatbush Zombies called Beast Coast.
But that's not all. The Governors Ball will also feature Jessie Reyes, Rolling Blackouts Coastal Fever, Noname, Bazzi, King Princess, Parcels, Jack Harlow, The Voidz, Hippo Campus and a lot more.
For The Strokes, it's the first non-European show confirmed for 2019 after being announced for Spanish festivals BBK Live in Bilbao and Doctor Music Festival, in Lleida.
Tickets beggin selling today at a special “Announce Day” pricing, at the official website. The Governors Ball Music Festival will take place at Randall’s Island Park, as usual.
