Bonnaroo Preview: Lineup Of the Summer
It’s no surprise that Bonnaroo came in hot with this year's lineup by once again giving us 4 jam packed days of music and culture.
For the last 18 years on a 500-acre farm in Manchester, Tennessee once a year thousands of people gather to create magic and celebrate some of the greatest musical talents we will ever have the pleasure of enjoying live. Bonnaroo
prides itself with having one of the most diverse lineups we see across the entire country, and they definitely took first place with yesterday’s announcement of this year's lineup. With returning fan favorites like Bassnectar, Flume,
and Oysterhead, Bonnaroo
was merely getting started.
Big names like Miley Cyrus, Lana Del Ray
and Tame Impala
will be making their debut on the farm in 2020. Lizzo
will be returning to the farm but this year as headliners. With Lizzo
being the first female to ever headline at Bonnaroo
we are in for a year of history making. Then we have Primus,
coming to jam under the sun making their summer return to the stage. We also have some electronic Gods like Rezz
making their Bonnaroo
debut, no doubt bringing their loyal fanbase with them. The over all artistic diversity continues with artists like Subtronics, Kevin Gates, Glass Animals, Ekali, Leon Bridges, Billy Strings, Young Thug, Pigeons Playing Ping Pong, Peekaboo, Greensky Bluegrass....
The list certainly doesn’t stop there.
At any given time throughout the weekend you can find yourself wondering around the farm running into any and every form of music. What a time to be alive. There will be a place for every groove and shake. Whether it’s your first Bonnaroo
or your 18th, you are sure to find something new and fall in love, being reminded of why you came to Bonnaroo
in the first place. That’s the power and magic of the Tennessee sun shining down on us at the farm.
